cancelling of order
we inform you - after receipt of your transfer - when we ordered your goods from the manufacturer.
from this moment the cancelling of the order is not possible any more!
directly after receipt of your transfer, cancelling of the order is still possible.
however,
a differentiated compensation of administrative expenditure and return of transfer
will be charged:
for orders up to USD 100 - 30 USD
for orders from 101 USD to USD 500 - 25% of the value of the order
for orders from 501 USD - 20% of the value of the order
freight documents
we make out the freight documents necessary for international shipments.
these are 6 internationally standardized forms:
addressee - facturation - customs declaration - export declaration - sender - commercial invoice
after shipment of your goods you will receive a copy of the form "addressee" by e-mail.
for shipment of smaller goods, like DVDs and accessories, such freight documents are not necessary.
therefore such goods are shipped by normal international postal service as priority mail.

liabilities for transportation
Skatetrix Sport Company takes over no liabilities for mistakes or delays during the transportation of ordered goods by the Swiss post, the national post of the country of the customer, as well as a courier service!
copyrights of DVDs
The copyright proprietor has licensed his DVDs - including their soundtrack - for privat home use only .
All other rights are reserved!
The definition of home use excludes the use of these DVDs at locations such as clubs, public transportation, hotels, hospitals, oil rigs, prisons and schools.
Any unauthorized copying, editing, exhibition, renting, exchanging, hiring, lending, public performance diffusion and/or broadcasting of these DVDs, or any part thereof, is strictly prohibited!
Any such action establishes liability for a civil action and may give rise to a criminal prosecution.
These DVDs are not to be exported, distributed and/or sold by the way of trade without a proper license from Skatetrix Sport Company!
jurisdiction
the ordinary courts of Zug, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes based on Skatetrix Sport Company' sales.
