The winner of the race: NICOLAS ITEN of Switzerland - speedskater on inlines - Berlin marathon winner, european champion marathon speedskating. Accompany him and the best speedskaters of the world at this race over 111 km - 69 miles and a total ascent to climb of 900 m - 2953 ft! 1344 speedskaters - coming from 16 countries - did the race in bad weather conditions: very cold - first dry - later pouring rain. Race winner Nicolas Iten did it in 3 h 19 min 5.95 sec. Average speed 33.45 km/h - 20.785 mph. A special mention merit the more than 800 voluntary helpers! Only their indefatigable engagement makes this magnificent race possible.

Speedskating video clip CHAMPS ON F1 TRACK was produced to promote the inline festival on F1 track Hungaroring in Budapest! Accompany worldchampion ANNE TITZE, vice olympic champion ERIKA HUSZAR and PETER DARASZ. The cameraman skates with them! Comments from ANNE TITZE: The asphalt of the F-1 track is really wonderful, so you can skate with 84-85A wheels. Due to several down- and uphill sections the course is very demanding. I was very impressed by the ideal course! And from ERIKA HUSZAR: I am very proud, that this competition will be held in Hungary at that Hungaroring. It was an honour for me to present this uncommon, but fantastic skating-track together with worldchampion Anne Titze. The full video was shown at Hungarian TV!
